I like the heavy feeling on my balls although wearing three rings like on the foto above is just for short-time fun. I occasionally wear one ring for a longer time - several days - but it's not very practicable with tight fitting trousers like jeans.

Shackled

Tight steel bondage in heavy shackles from Steel Bondage. I use only screws to lock them up, but you can also use special padlocks for a more "secure" feeling. For me the feeling of the cold, heavy metal on my skin is what I'm longing for; it doesn't need to be really unescapable.

Notice the butt-plug giving the bondage the extra touch.
