Ass-locked

Balls shackled to foot chains, locking ass plug chained to ceiling.

Chained

Iron shackles and belt, the butt plug hold by heavy chains. Fist mitts, leather hood and a weighted ball sack.

Shackled

Tight steel bondage in heavy shackles from Steel Bondage. I use only screws to lock them up, but you can also use special padlocks for a more "secure" feeling. For me the feeling of the cold, heavy metal on my skin is what I'm longing for; it doesn't need to be really unescapable.

Notice the butt-plug giving the bondage the extra touch.
